Syngenta Technical Services leverages the Syngenta solutions to enrich lives around the world. As Technical Services Lead you will provide innovative training, knowledge extension and technical support for Syngenta staff and customers across the Northern NSW region, covering winter and summer broadacre crops. You will provide a cohesive link between marketing, sales and R&D functions for efficient technical knowledge transfer internally and with customers and industry stakeholders.
We are keen to hear from you if you possess the following:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Australian agronomy or similar extension role
- Tertiary qualifications in agriculture, science or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written with high level presentation skills and ability to influence and transfer knowledge to key industry representatives
- Ability to work autonomously from a home based office, while also being a valuable member of a strong, focussed, cross-functional team
- Experience in field based research, product, sales or marketing would also be well regarded
