With a bright and exciting future ahead of us, we are searching for a Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our Hygiene Home Regulatory Affairs Team.  

This role reports to the Regulatory Affairs Manager and is based in our brand new, state of the art offices in Sydney's CBD at World Square. 

This role is responsible for developing the regulatory strategy for allocated product categories and ensuring the registration and compliance of locally marketed products to bring competitive advantage to our brands. The role provides advice on regulatory issues including monitoring and interpreting local regulatory issues and trends, and supports their implementation, so that the Company is aware of and can manage significant regulatory issues that result in competitive advantage.

• Provide the regulatory support for brands.
• Ensure on-going regulatory compliance of product portfolio.
• Support the resolution of regulatory issues affecting products.
• Provide regulatory support to internal and external customers in a business oriented way.
• Work closely with external authorities, partners, contractors and licensees to ensure that regulatory matters are properly managed and issues resolved.

Is this You?

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutics, biology, chemistry, life sciences or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English.
• 5+ years of experience in the relevant areas of Regulatory Affairs and product registration.
• High level computer skills and familiarity in dealing with technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work multi-functional and multi-cultural project teams, virtually and within a global team.
• Results-oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating. 
• Bias for action, capacity to define, evaluate and take risks. 
• Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial understanding of operational business issues, category strategy and consumer issues.
• Understanding of marketing strategy and planning issues.
• Strong organisational analytical skills and attention to detail.
