About the Role:

Our client requires a motivated and driven sales associate looking to develop his/her skills with an ambition to move into an agent role in the fullness of time.

Attending meetings with the team
Conducting open homes throughout mid-week and Saturday
Compiling property reports after appraisals to advice clients
Become and expert on recent listings & sales
Telephone prospecting
Arranging appraisals and following up
Managing email and telephone property enquiry

Training and support to help you grow into a successful selling agent.

About You:

You have a strong customer service history and a desire to succeed in sales. You are energetic, tenacious and determined with the abilty to learn quickly. This role will appeal to anyone looking for a long-term career in real estate.

If you have been working in the industry for a while and have not quite mastered presenting and listing but love working with buyers, finding leads and closing deals, we would love to hear from you. Or maybe you are new to real estate but have a background in selling, prospecting anmd working in a high energy industry.

You must hold a NSW Certificate of Registration as a minimum qualification.
