The Project Manager will be responsible for the Coordination across a dedicated client portfolio working closely with the client Property Services Team in the delivery of programs which will cover a broad mix of minor and some larger projects which will vary in size and complexity.

 
Examples of Projects include; upgrades to HVAC, power and/or data, through to planning of painting, carpet upgrades as well as refurbishments and minor office fit outs.
Coordination and management of subcontractors and third-party suppliers and ensuring all related OH&S compliance requirements are met is a key aspect of this role.
 
Key Accountabilities
  • Project Manage activities as required across key phases - briefing, solutions designing, recommendation, approval, project planning and delivery
  • Work within budgets and effectively assist in future forecasting over the next 5-10 years
  • Assist in project review and annual planning and forecasting process, in addition to the quarterly schedule development, review, business endorsement and approval
  • Providing support to the National Project Manager and National Project Management team on all  reporting, minor works and projects delivery activities
  • Provide advice and support to clients on projects, facilitate and develop a working relationship to ensure the service is delivered in a collaborative manner
  • Implement procurement strategies and source suitable suppliers to support program delivery
  • Control induction and supervision of subcontractors and third parties for the delivery of all minor works and projects
About you:
  • To be successful in this role, you will also possess the following:
  • Project Management experience preferably from the minor works or trade services industry
  • Previous experience in dealing with building contractors and suppliers
  • Financial management experience in tracking and delivering projects budgets
  • A sound understanding of the construction and fit out /refurbishment sectors
  • Proficient in MS Office
