Strata Management:
We are looking for people inside and outside of the industry that have the required skills and want to make a difference in people's lives.
Industry
Strata Managers are responsible for helping the owners of strata properties manage all of the collective issues that arise from day to day. This role involves assisting strata managers with their portfolio's with a view of progressing into a full portfolio once established into the role. The work deals with a variety of tasks including maintenance matters, legal matters, WH&S matters, insurance, fire safety compliance etc.
The assistant will be responsible to ensure that all maintenance and repairs are attended to in a prompt, efficient manner and all administration records are kept accurate and up to date. You will also be required to assist residents within the building with regards to any disputes or concerns they may have. If this sounds like the job, we want you!

Our mission is to "HELP" people and we are currently offering a fantastic career change opportunity, for people with 5 star customer service experience and an interest in becoming a Strata Manager. The successful applicant will be provided on the job training and will need to complete a Certificate of Registration course.
Reporting to the General Manager, your key responsibility will be to ensure your assistance and needs are meet.
Responsibilities include assistance of the following:
- Manage client enquiries;
- Arrange building repairs and quotes;
- Organise and chair owners meetings;
- Manage contractor services;
- Consult and provide advice relating to strata issues;
- Maintain correspondence records;
- Confidently interpret legislation.
Skills and experience:
You must be able to:
- Have a history of Customer Service;
- Demonstrate experience in managing relationships;
- Be well presented and professional at all times;
- Show a high level of written and verbal communication skills;
- Have intermediate computer skills;
- Demonstrate strong time management skills;
- Have the ability to multi task and work to deadlines;
- Have the ability to work autonomously and in a team as required;
- Show a positive and happy personality;
- Have an empathetic approach and a natural desire to want to HELP people.
