About the role
This is a rare opportunity for you to run our retail leasing business within the heart of Brisbane. We provide most of the tools for you to succeed in your business, and in return we seek someone who is self-motivated and determined to succeed.
The opportunity:

- Opportunity to break into leasing retail shops in Queen Street Mall and surrounds, in the heart of Brisbane

Skills and experience
What you will need:
- Current FULL real estate agents license (or willing to undertake) and some experience in the property industry (commercial or residential)
- Ability to spend at least 30 hours per week, at least initially
- Basic business tools (eg computer, phone, internet connection)
- ABN/ACN
- Prepared to take out the required insurances
- Prepared to cover some minor ongoing operational costs
- Motivation, resilience, discipline, determination to succeed and the ability to think outside the box
- Share our passion for retail property
