The Client

Our client is a well regarded national property company. They are currently seeking an passionate and motivated Retail Leasing Executive to join their team on two Queensland Shopping Centre assets. 

  
The Role

• Identify and nurture new business streams
• Assist in the development of target client lists and execution of a marketing strategy to attract new clients
• Up-sell on regular kiosk space integrated campaign including; sponsorship, experiential marketing etc.
• Identify potential growth across centres and forward potential clients
• Negotiate sales terms and contracts for new and existing business
• Direct and mentor coordinators in add bump in / bump out and administration support activities

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will come from a strong Retail Leasing Executive background with a proven track record. You will also have at least two years experience working directly for a landlord across a single or portfolio of shopping centre assets. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and the ability to work autonomously or within a team environment are essential. A degree is commerce, business or marketing would be advantageous.
