An exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Manager to join a well regarded Owner. Our client is currently seeking a Portfolio Manager to manage and add value to their owned State-Wide portfolio.
Client Details
Our client is a well-regarded Asset Owner who own, occupies and manages a significant asset portfolio. They are renowned for their award winning projects and provide a stimulating workplace environment for their employees.
Description
Working closely with the Director of Property you will be responsible to effectively manage the portfolio to achieve the best possible outcomes and add value across the portfolio.
Other duties include:
- Drive and monitor the commercial performance of the portfolio.
- Preparation of the relevant operating and CAPEX budgets.
- Overseeing the repair, maintenance and refurbishments of properties, including: negotiation and supervision of maintenance contracts and liaison with contractors and consultants.
- Continued maintenance of the Asset Management system and register.
Profile
You will have:
- Demonstrated experience and extensive knowledge of property and asset management
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the demonstrated ability to recommend appropriate retail premises for lease or purchase
- Ability to work independently as well as part of team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder relationship management
- Strong attention to detail, proactive and self-motivated
- Flexibility and responsive to changing needs
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
