As a member of our newly formed Outbound Customer Care team you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability within our existing customer base, our franchise network members, through proactive customer contact.  The primary purpose of this role is to proactively contact our customers to understand their business, assess their needs and to tailor training programs and action plans to help to grow their business.  You will engage with all levels within the Franchise Office from Principal to Admin Staff. 

Working with a talented and committed team, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduled outbound customer care & relationship calls to:
    • Build relationships with the customer
    • Develop a detailed understanding of their business
    • Understand their business and training needs to recommend training programs and facilitate the engagement of our panel of subject matter experts (SME) to help them grow
    • Understand and track their performance versus their goals and ours
    • Answer questions and resolve any issues
    • Highlight upcoming due dates like franchise returns
    • Keep them informed of upcoming training and events
    • Communicate essential messages from the corporate team
  • Assist Customer Success Managers with special requests as required and refer customers at risk to Customer Success Managers for further engagement
  • Maintain detailed notes and information regarding the office in the CRM system
  • Refer specific issues such as marketing, technology or product queries to the relevant SME
  • Drive engagement across our enterprise communications platform, Workplace by  Facebook
  • Assist in onboarding new offices to ensure they are set up for success
  • Assist Finance and Compliance with late payments and franchise returns as required

The successful candidate will have real estate knowledge and a customer service background and must meet the following criteria:
