The Role:
Specilaising in the Dee Why, Narrabeen and Freshwater Area, this is a streamline role and your chance to becoming one step closer to affiliating yourself with an elite performer. You will be hungry, focused and stable. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Assist in the management of up to 10 plus property campaigns at any one time
• Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers and solicitors
• Handling all potential buyer enquiries
• Attending marketing appraisals
• Email, appointment and diary management
• Buyer call backs following open homes
• Setting up & collecting signboards
• Database prospecting, development and maintenance
• Attending weekly sales meetings & training
• General administration duties

  
The Candidate:

• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Real Estate experience is essential
• We are looking for someone with expertise, passion and drive
• A valid driver's license
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• The desire to learn and succeed
• Extremely organised!
• The ability to work proactively and independently
• Strong administration and communication skills
