Established in 2015, our client has grown significantly and is looking for the newest member of their team.  Our client is well on the way to being the Asia Pacific’s leading visual technology solution company – drone, photography, time lapse, video, 360 virtual tours, virtual reality, satellite, animation and motion graphics. The role:

As an eager, motivated and business development minded Solution Sales Specialist, you will be required to hunt and track down C-suite (CEO’s COO’s, senior management), marketing and decision makers involved in major new construction, property development and infrastructure projects commencing across Australia. Once discussion has opened, you’ll sell the benefits of several visual technology and solutions our client can realise to maximize sales, communications and community engagement through visual content. These solutions range from long-term time-lapse, drone, photography, video, 360 virtual tours, virtual reality and satellite content solutions across urban environments and infrastructure projects.

Requirements:
  
You will be responsible for taking ownership of all marketing and sales strategy & execution.
  • Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control the sales and marketing activities
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Use research, data, trends and insights to bring creative ideas and guide best practice for the development of successful digital marketing campaigns across Social Media, Email, Content, Search & Analytics
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to create/strengthen the brand image
  • Maintain a strong focus on key conversions and brand metrics and be able to build measured marketing success.
  • Manage the marketing budget and be committed to achieve high return on investment.
  • Anticipate and monitor industry trends and competition, and act as the internal expert to formulate opportunities that will achieve business goals.

What you’ll need:
  • The ability to source, hunt and complete new business
  • A proven track record in Sales/Business Development resulting in a minimum $500k - $1mil gross sales per annum
  • Previous experience selling a complex solution
  • Experience displaying several different sales techniques
  • Set & attend your own meetings with key decision makers to close & finalise deals
  • Help create sales & marketing content to continue to raise the profile of the business
  • Conduct regular sales meetings & reviews and use content to provide reports to higher management & guide future sales activity
  • Ability to pipeline new business and nurture it through the entirety of the process
  • Be able to work independently and have a positive attitude toward experimentation and learning.
  • A background in real-estate & or property development, would be preferred
