Our client is a well established agency located centrally on the Southside and they are looking for a experienced Property Manager to join their cohesive team environment.
In this position you will manage all facets of your own portfolio for approx 130 properties excluding leasing and trust accounting plus you will receive support across administration tasks from an Assistant Property Manager & Receptionist. The hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
This agency has a solid reputation, excellent staff retention and cohesive small Property Management team. There is a shared company car for use during the day & this agency uses Console & Inspect Real Estate.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A min of 1 plus years experience in Property Management covering all facets of Property Management (excluding trust accounting)
- Have a current certificate of real estate registration.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude".
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience with Console and ADL preferred.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY - You enjoy a positive, fun and vibrant work place.
