Our client is a multi-award winning residential real estate business serving Sydney's elite Eastern Suburbs. They have a hard-earned reputation for delivering unrivalled client service and are recognised as the top brand office nationally!

Located in a stunning Eastern Suburbs office, this performance driven sales team is currently expanding and in the market for an exceptional Sales Assistant to the Director.

The Position

Our client is currently looking for a highly organised Sales Assistant to work closely with the Director and provide administrative support to the Sales Team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare market appraisals, pre-listing kits and agency agreements
  • Coordinate marketing schedules
  • Prepare canvassing material for promotion of properties and sales team
  • Advertise and market properties in print and online mediums
  • Coordinate photography, signboards, brochures and floor plans
  • Liaise with solicitors on behalf of the sales team
  • Attend buyer appointments and open inspections
  • Attend mid-week and Saturday inspections as required
  • Prepare property files and bidding cards for auctions
  • Record bids and signing of contracts, distribute auction results
  • Attend meetings and training sessions with the sales department
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as required

The Person

  • Previous real estate experience in a similar role
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • First class written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills - systems oriented
  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised
  • Able to build strong relationships with clientele
  • Proactive, punctual and reliable
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Valid Drivers Licence and own vehicle
  • Experience using Campaign Track, My Desktop, RP Data and APM
