Operating out of savvy offices in the distinguished Eastern Suburbs, we are seeking the services of a Senior Sales Associate to assist in dealing with high end luxury and prestigious stock across the Eastern Suburbs.
  
This role will be supporting a very talented, senior negotiator with almost 20 years’ experience and an impressive ability to communicate to achieve record-breaking results. As the backbone to a high-energy team, you will be responsible for:

• Assist in the management of up to 10 plus high end property campaigns
• Completing all sales administration
• Diary and email management
• Liaising with Clients, solicitors and property stylists
• Coordinating photo shoots and floor plans
• Preparing open packs for open homes
• Managing exchanges and settlements
• Property marketing and designing of brochures, internet advertising and sign boards
• Social Media Management & content creation
• Website management and uploading content online
• Online and print marketing
• Attending Open homes and auctions
• Ad hoc administration duties

  
The Candidate:

• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• The desire to learn and success
• Extremely organised!
• Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
• The ability to work proactively and independently
• A valid driver's license
• Strong administration and communication skills
