KBE Human Capital has been exclusively briefed on this new opportunity to secure a Junior Lawyer to join a boutique firm in their Corporate Law team. The team specialises in providing strategic corporate advice on M&A, Mining and Resources, ECM, Insolvency, Reconstruction and Recovery, and general corporate matters.
This role will involve working on and advising both domestic and international public and private companies, as well as government agencies. Working with Partners on the other side of matters on a daily basis, you will assist clients on a diverse range of corporate matters, including but not limited to:
- Capital raisings (both IPO ad post-IPO)
- Asset acquisitions and disposals
- Executing and defending takeover bids
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Corporate reconstructions
- Directors duties,
We are interested in speaking to Junior Lawyers ideally with experience in corporate matters who are eager to learn and want the opportunity to work closely with the Senior Partners who are willing to mentor and train. Ideally you will be from a national/international or leading boutique firm. This role will see you will benefit from extensive direct client contact and exposure to working closely with Senior Partners.
