THE FIRM

Our client is a boutique law firm handling matters across most areas of law, including commercial & civil litigation, general commercial law as well as criminal and family law matters.

An opportunity has arisen for a a lawyer with at least 2 to 5 years PAE to join this close knit team and assist its growing loyal client base. 

THE ROLE

The position offers you a rare opportunity to work and act in many areas of law including:

• General litigation 
• Testamentary matters
• Acquisition and sale of business
• Loan and mortgage contracts
• Leases – Commercial/Residential/Industrial
• Criminal and family law

THE PERSON

You're a generalist practitioner with 2 to 5 years PAE who's gained exposure to some if not all of the areas listed above. You're comfortable drafting court documents and attending court events as well as drafting and settling commercial contracts. Client management is one of your strengths.
