This leading Sydney firm’s practice includes all aspects of family law, including de facto matters, property settlements, spousal maintenance, child support, divorce and financial agreements.

ABOUT THE ROLE
  
This role represents an opportunity to run your own matters alongside a highly respected partner and play a key role  in complex property and parenting disputes.
  
This role will see you advising and representing clients in all manner of family law disputes including complex property disputes involving trusts and closed family companies, parenting disputes and matters relating to child support and spouse maintenance and financial agreements.

ABOUT YOU

You're a 3 to 6 PAE family lawyer with strong advocacy skills and experience in drafting all manner of court documents. Your experience in this jurisdiction has honed your excellent client management skills and you're driven to attain favourable outcomes for your clients.
