The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Commercial Lawyer to be part of this successful boutique firm with offices in Melbourne and Sydney. The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to work alongside experts in financial services law with over 20 years experience. They will also work on a variety of top end commercial matters and act for a variety of corporations, ranging from small startups to major national companies.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years’ post admission experience as Commercial Lawyer in a well regarded firm. Candidates with more experience are also strongly encouraged to apply.
- Any experience in Financial services including Australian Credit licensing and sales or purchases of businesses and companies will be highly regarded.
