The Opportunity

Become a valued member of the team and provide cutting edge advice on matters which may include but are not limited to:
- mergers & acquisitions applications and clearances;
- ACCC investigations and enquiries;
- enforcement proceedings and applications for review by the Australian Competition Tribunal; and
- regulated industry specific advice work.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years PAE in Competition law gained from a Top Tier, Mid-Tier, or well-regarded law firm environment. Candidates working for regulators will also be considered for this opportunity. More experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Solid academic results.
