We act for a leading international law firm with a pre-eminent dispute resolution practice who are looking for quality Associates and Senior Associates  to join its Perth team.

Dispute Resolution

This market-leading team advises across all areas of commercial litigation, including arbitration, class actions and restructuring and insolvency.

The partners have a wealth of experience and frequently assist with major international disputes, specialist tribunals, arbitrations, mediations and in investigations by regulatory authorities.

Position Description

This exceptional team is looking for talented Associates and Senior Associates to join its growing Perth practice.

You will be involved in a wide range of commercial litigation matters acting for major clients, including banks and insolvency practitioners. The role will also provide an opportunity to involve yourself in complex global disputes involving multiple jurisdictions.   

Requirements 

The successful candidates will be lawyers with between 1-9 years' experience, with a broad commercial litigation skill set. 

In addition, the candidates will have:

• excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• strong drafting and negotiation skills
• a client-focused approach
• the ability to be team-focused and also work independently.
