An exciting opportunity has become available for a personable and charismatic Contracts Manager to mitigate risk through stringent contract management practises from reviewing, negotiating and executing Customer Agreements and Contracts.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reviewing, negotiating and facilitating the execution of supply/service agreements and contracts
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to gain a full understanding of legal risks and key contractual provisions
- Providing advisory support to the sales and procurement teams to enable the effective negotiation of supply/service agreements and contracts
- Improving the terms review processes and support the development of the capabilities of all Contracts personnel to enhance contract management
- Assisting in contract negotiations to maximise the sales revenue and trading margin position of existing and new designated key customers
- Providing high quality reporting, presentations to the Sales Support and Contracts
As our successful candidate you have extensive experience in reviewing and negotiating supply/service agreements with the ability to mentor and lead a small contracts team. You are an excellent communicator who has outstanding influencing and relationship building skills and you work well in a high pressure environment. Superior commercial acumen, risk management capabilities and a high attention to detail is essential in your success. Strong commercial and legal knowledge of general contractual practises and processes and tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business or Contract Law will be highly regarded.
