Detail information about job US CAPITAL MARKETS (3-6 YRS) - TOP TIER INTERNATIONAL FIRM. Terms and conditions vacancy
Our client is an international law firm with an exciting opportunity for a New York qualified securities/finance lawyer to join the growing US capital markets practice in their Sydney office. Working as part of the firm’s broader finance team, the practice advises on a broad range of US offerings (including Rule 144A offerings and US private placements). Areas of concentration include investment grade and high yield debt capital markets offerings, leveraged financings, securitisations and structured financings, project and infrastructure financings, and restructuring transactions.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the broader US securities and finance teams across the firm’s global network, as well as the firm’s Australian capital markets and finance teams.
To be successful in this role, you will be admitted in New York and ideally have a minimum of 3-6 years’ US capital markets and/or finance transactional experience. Self-starters with proven stakeholder management and relationship building skills and the desire to contribute to the further development of the practice will have a definite advantage. Candidates must also demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to cut through complexity and communicate clearly, and a commitment to working in a collaborative team environment.
