Boskovitz Lawyers are seeking two Paralegals with strong property experience to join the team on a part-time basis. The successful candidates will be pursuing a career as a paralegal for at least the next year and have a genuine passion for this area of law. Boskovitz Lawyers appreciates that the Paralegals will be looking for career progression therefore opportunities for growth are available for the right candidates.
The Paralegals will be under the supervision of two respected Partners, the role involves reviewing, drafting and advising on commercial leases, property contracts (including assisting with conveyancing), Put and Call Options and construction contracts. The roles are "hands on" and dynamic.
You will be responsible for extensive client and third party liaison, so excellent communication and relationship building skills are essential. Strong attention to detail as well as the ability to meet deadlines and manage a busy workload are also integral to this position.
