The Company
Our client is seeking a Claims Consultant from a Commercial Property or Strata background, for a permanent position.

The Role
The role is responsible for:

Managing a portfolio of all Strata Property Claims end to end;
Conduct timely investigations to determine damage;
Providing support and advice to policy holders;
Liaising with stakeholders when necessary;
General administration duties.

Ideal Candidate

3 years minimum of handling Strata Property Claims experience;
Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines;
Experience in managing claims end to end;
Ability to deal with high volume claims:
Good Sense of urgency as there is a quick turnaround on claims;
