About the role
As an experienced Account Manager in the high performing Corporate Service team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- All aspects of client servicing to maintain and grow an existing book of business;
- Working with Account Director(s) in responding to new business opportunities that contribute to the continued growth of the branch;
- Identifying insurable risks, designing and negotiating appropriate insurance solutions for the client;
- Providing a superior level of client service, by demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills; and
- Promoting the Willis brand within the insurance industry both locally and nationally.
Skills and experience
- An Account Manager/Senior Account Executive with insurance or insurance broking industry experience;
- A proven ability to understand and meet a client's needs;
- Tier 1 (insurance broking) qualification and demonstrated commercial acumen;
- Excellent report writing skills;
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Your exceptional interpersonal skills ensure you stand out from the crowd;
