Our Client, a leader in their field, are currently looking for experienced claims managers to assist on a temporary basis due to increased volumes of claims. You will need to be able to commence ASAP for an ongoing temporary assignment. $32.00 + superannuation per hour CBD and Northside locations available.

The Role

During an exciting period of growth and change, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of life, disability and income protection claims through investigation, analysis and assessment.

You will be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your industry knowledge, communication and interpersonal skills will be rewarded. Well-developed time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities is a necessity.


Skills, Experience and Qualities

The ideal candidate will bring a positive and proactive approach to their work. You’ll be managing caseloads with demonstrated attributes of integrity, resilience and exceptional customer service in mind. The ability to communicate and negotiate both written and verbally is a critical element to the role.

  • Tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated claims management experience (desirable)
  • Injury Management or Allied Health background (desirable)
  • Ability to work in a complex and changing environment
  • Proven high level of organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving skills paired with a credible and resilient manner
  • Service orientation and customer focus skills
  • Demonstrated desire and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Balance our members needs with an empathetic yet commercial approach
