They offer their clients a distinctive choice of risk management solutions which affords them to tailor these to the unique insurance needs of their clients. Which includes a dedicated national claims team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will maintain and manage a portfolio of mainly general & public liability claims on behalf of a very large diverse client portfolio. You will be handling a broad range of liability claims, with a variety of quantum and complexity. Working & liaising closely with many key stakeholders nationally in order to settle or deny these claims.

DUTIES

• Manage a large portfolio of general & public liability claims
• Advocate on behalf of the client in a timely & efficient manner
• Engage & liaise with claimants, clients, solicitors & assessors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous liability claims experience is a must
• Strong communication & technical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure & meet tight deadlines
• Ability to challenge & present solutions as required
