My client is a Australian insurance company based the North Shore seeking an Commercial Motor Claims Consultant to join their close-knit team.

The role will involve:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial motor claims from initial lodgement to settlement stage in accordance to company standards
- Answering customer enquires
- Meeting KPI's and targets
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders including assessors, repairers and brokers
- Negotiating claims settlement
- Identifying potential fraudulent claims and taking the appropriate action
- Providing excellent levels customer service at all times
About you:
- At least 1 years' claims experience within the Commercial Motor or Heavy Motor claims area
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload in a fast paced working environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service driven
- Great attitude and eager to learn
- Team player
