As a Claims Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the companies clients and the claims assessors in obtaining all pertinent information that is needed after a life insurance claim has been made. Furthermore, you will be required to obtain further documentation that supports the claim. Part of this role will see you doing end to end case management on some of the more straight forward claims.
Additional duties include -
- Ensuring claims are processed in line with policy terms and following up with claims assessors if additional information is required.
- Logging inbound work items and distributing them to relevant claim assessors for action
- Managing requests for medical information and liaising with the necessary third parties
- Payment processing and authorising claims
- Reporting on claims activity and following up when cases are outstanding
We are looking for individuals who have a great attitude and want a career in life insurance. If you can confidently articulate a desire to work in the life insurance sector, we will consider individuals who are very much at the start of their career with limited experience.
