Our client is an Insurance business with a growing reputation. Currently they require a highly versatile Operations Manager to join their business on a permanent basis. The Operations Manager is primarily responsible for leading the operations of the business, which includes delivering on strategic objectives and driving productivity growth through appropriate alignment of people, information, systems and processes to deliver company strategy.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Reporting on business units
- Debtor Management
- Daily Trust Account Banking
- End of Month Winbeat Close-Off
- Leave Management
- IT management
- Manage relationship with various business suppliers
- Liaison point for Steadfast / NIBA / FOS / ASIC
- Cost Control / Management
- Assist directors in executing business strategy
Expertise required:
- Insurance background is highly preferable
- Very strong IT skills (especially excel and Microsoft Office)
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive / independent
- Good interpersonal skills
- Time Management / ability to prioritise workload
