Our client is a leading financial services organisation with a dedicated General Insurance team. Due to a strong growth period, they are looking to expand their team of Sales & Service Representatives.

The role will involve:

• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers via inbound / outbound calls
• Up-selling & cross selling General Insurance products and establishing new policies
• Updating and adjusting existing polices
• Maintaining up to date customer information
• Escalating customer enquires that fall outside of authority
• Adhere to compliance standards
• Active participation training activities

About you:

• Strong experience from a contact centre/ call centre environment
• Excellent customer service experience
• Enjoy working to KPI's and working in a results driven environment
• Sound communication skills & listening skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Not afraid to be on the phone
• Empathetic and caring nature

Please note the working hours are Monday to Friday (with the occasional Saturday ) on a rotating roster between 8am and 7pm.
