MOMAMI is a 40 seat restaurant that demands excellence, a chef who can not only produce a five star dining product but inspire the hand built team to do the same. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

 

In your role you will report directly to the Head Chef and will be responsible for assisting with the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen operation. You will be creative with a confident and modern cooking style- excited about using local produce to create food memories for our guests. With culture at the core of this business, you will be a leader invested in your staff, their development and productivity.

 

Previous experience in an a la carte environment is essential with a strong understanding of food cost and control.  You’ll be diligent and adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements & will have an understanding of HACCP management.
