This venue, located in the Northern suburbs, is known by locals as they perfect place to go for an excellent meal and to enjoy some great entertainment with friends and family. Featuring a large and busy bistro, gaming and sports bar and live entertainment, this popular venue has it all.

We are now seeking a passionate and food-focused Venue Manager to lead our large and friendly team to help drive the continued success of the business. Belonging to a small and family-owned pub group, you will have the benefit of working within a structured environment, access to ongoing training and support as well as the opportunity to grow a rewarding and long-term career.

To apply for the role of Venue Manager, you should demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Previous managerial experience in a large and multifaceted venue
• Up to date Vic Gaming and TAB Licences, RSA, RSG, RSF
• Passionate about good food and up to date with current and local trends
• A focus on delivery of exceptional customer service
• The confidence to lead and train a large and diverse team
• Experience with System 1 and reporting
• Across all venue financials - managing P&L, wages and cost of goods
• Excellent customer service and able to instil the highest level of service in your team
