Hudsons Catering is a long standing business that has been providing services to Canberra for more than 30 years. We are renowned for fine food and quality service from start to finish and are looking for a new starter to join our team, to fulfill this important role within our organisation. 

About the role

Our Customer Service Admin role is very important to our day to day operations. You are the first point of contact for many of our customers. The one that explains how it all works & sets our clients minds at ease, ensuring them you have all the details in hand.

You are required to process catering requests with accuracy, ensuring all details have been covered and complete both work orders for the kitchen and delivery scheduels for the drivers.

This is a busy position and requires a person with great organisational skills, a calm disposition and care factor when it comes to customer service.

Benefits and perks

This is a unique position within the Hospitality Industry given it is straight day shifts working Monday to Friday. The position will commence as perm part time 26-30 hours per week, with the view to moving to full time in a couple of months. We provide a great working environment which supports a good work/life balance for committed staff.

Skills and experience

You must have excellent customer service skills. Hospitality experience is not essential but would be helpful. Experience with Google Mail/Docs etc desirable, as is competent typing skills, experience with word and excel.
