This highly conceptual hidden old world vintage bar has a unique opportunity for passionate and experienced floor staff with strong experience in classic cocktails and mixology.
This is all about theatre, wonder and immersing your guests in a world of hidden charm.
As we prepare to throw open the doors to what will be one of Flinders Lane’s most prized treasures, we are on the lookout for Exceptional Bartenders to join our entourage of hospitality professionals.
Who are you? You are the consummate host, always looking to surprise and delight your guests! A desire to deliver friendly, considered and detailed service, with a passion for cocktails a significant bonus.
