About the role

- Preparation, seasoning, and cooking meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods

- Advice chef in planning orders supply and keep records and accounts

- Supervises and participate in cooking and the preparation of foods

- Monitor of all purchased supplies for quality and account for each delivered item

Skills and experience

- Certificate III in Hospitality Commercial Cookery

- Has minimum 3 years of relevant experience

- Can speak Mandarin is a must

- Has strong knowledge in Taiwan style cooking will be beneficial

- Has strong communication and interpersonal skill

- Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
