We’re looking for a talented and engaging Sous Chef to join the team at this exceptional Bar & Eatery in Melbourne’s Inner West.
Offering the finest quality Charcuterie and a full a la carte lunch and dinner menu with a fun, fresh, seasonal focus, this stylish and popular venue really is the place to be and operates seven days a week!
As Sous chef, it will be your responsibility to assist the head chef with the day to day operation of the kitchen in a hands on capacity, as well as up skilling junior staff members to really drive business success.
As an experienced and talented Sous Chef, you should demonstrate:
- Minimum 3+ Years in a busy fast faced upmarket venue
- Excellence across all aspects of the kitchen from finances to finishing touches!
- Have a desire to grow your career in the industry - this role could really grow!
- Spectacular leadership and communication skills
- Availability to work a full time hospitality roster
