- Modern, Trendsetting New Restaurant
Opening shortly, we are putting a team together to launch a trendsetting restaurant in Melbourne’s inner south eastern suburbs, with a culinary direction of Japanese/Pan Asian Flavours.
We are seeking a passionate Sushi Chef with experience in “fin to fin fishery” and the ability to breakdown whole fish/seafood to produce modern and delicious Sushi/Sashimi.
You will also be required to:
- Have 3 years experience in a similar role
- Have flexibility to work a full time hospitality roster including weekends and public holidays
- Be fully qualified with Cert III Commercial Cookery as a minimum
- Respect for quality produce and ingredients
- Be an Australian Resident or Permanent Resident - unfortunately no VISA’s or Sponsorship can be accepted.
