Metropolitan Hotel requires a bar attendant is required to provide a friendly and efficient service within the bar, dispensing orders accurately in a timely manner. Must be well groomed and presentable. Availability to participate in a 7 day working roster of days, nights, weekends and public holidays.Must have current RCG and RSA before application. The bar staff will be responsible for
- Pouring wine, beers, spirits
- Setting up and closing bar
- Counting tills/float
- Managing customer’s expectations & complaints
- Understanding of stock control and stock requisition
- Responsible service of alcohol (RSA)
- Responsible Service Gaming (RSG)
