We are looking for experienced, flexible and reliable Section Waiters/Waitresses to work at Portside, Sydney Opera House.
To ensure your success in this role you will have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an a la carte restaurant as a section waiter
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with cash handling
- Able to work across a 7 day rotating roster - must be available evenings
- Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
- A working understanding of Food safety Standards
- Must have a current RSA card/certificate
