THE ROLE

• WA based. State Wide Clinical Support position, 3 Days Per Week (12-month contract)
• Build partnerships and deliver technical training to Specialist General, Bariatric and Colo-rectal Surgeons and Scrub Teams
• Attend and support surgical procedures in the Operating Theatre
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a high level of market intelligence
• Employ a collaborative approach to achieve team goals and objectives

• Training and on-going support provided
• Work closely with the Sales team

ABOUT YOU 

• Ability to build strong rapport across a broad customer and peer base
• Personable and engaging individual - A positive presence and demeanor 
• Motivated to contribute to others - A strong service based approach 
• Theatre experience and understanding of the OR environment
• Clinical Background - Nursing, Allied Health, Hospital / Phama Sales
• A quick learner with the aptitude to attain and transfer technical information 
• Tertiary qualifications in Nursing / Science related discipline 
• Ethical and accountable in all aspects
• You go above and beyond for your customer needs
• High level of Emotional Intelligence

HIGHLY DESIRABLE 

• Proven experience / established in the surgical device field for hernia bariatric and colo-rectal surgery
