Exciting opportunity to manage a 'Dementia Specific' Residential Aged Care facility.

THE ROLE 
Facility Manager – you will be incharge of the overall operations of the well-run Residential Aged Care facility. Some of your duties will be:

• Manage and mentor your care staff team
• Ensure that the highest level of clinical care is being provided to all of the residents
• Focus on the finances, budgets and HR for the home
• Ensure that the home is compliant with all of the aged care standards.
• ACFI – Aged care funding instrument

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
As this is a small-sized residential aged care facility, you are required to be a qualified registered nurse with AHPRA registration. Some other skills and qualifications required are –

• 2+ years’ experience as a Facility Manager in a residential aged care facility.
• Strong knowledge in ACFI, aged care standards, accreditation and legislation
• Passion for aged care
• Ready to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty in a small sized aged care facility.
