THE ROLE
  • WA based. State Wide Clinical Support position, 3 Days Per Week (12-month contract)
  • To provide outstanding case support in operating theatre in coordination with the sales team
  • Assisting with case planning and device selection
  • Build partnerships and deliver technical training to Specialist Vascular Surgeons and Interventional Radiologists
  • Employ a collaborative approach to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Assist Product Managers with internal & external product training
  • Support the execution of advanced technical workshops and evenings of clinical discussion
  • Assist Field Sales Associates with all aspects of inventory management including short term loan stock (case) and permanent consignment
  • Provide customer and market insights to Sales Team, Product Managers & Marketing Associates

ABOUT YOU 
  • 3+ years clinical experience in related field (angiography suite, operating theatres, cath lab)
  • Experience with wire and catheter based cardiovascular products
  • A quick learner with the aptitude to attain and articulate technical information 
  • Ability to build strong rapport across a broad customer and peer base
  • Previous interaction with Key Opinion Leaders in the medical community
  • Ethical and accountable in all aspects
  • Ability to listen and respond to others effectively
  • A high level of self-motivation, i.e. the ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Clear communication skills
HIGHLY DESIRABLE 
  • Degree in Scientific, Medical or Engineering discipline with a strong technical or clinical experience emphasis
