E4 RECRUITMENT IS LOOKING FOR A COMMISSIONING AGED CARE GURU!

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the grand opening of a new Aged Care facility in mid - 2018! We are looking for an experienced Manager (Commissioning experience is beneficial but not essential) to oversee the opening of this and to run the facility afterwards!

You will be involved with the commissioning -> occupancy, weekly meetings, staff and recruitment and finances / budgeting. Lead by example and manage an excellent team in developing and commissioning this new flagship aged care facility.

DUTIES:

Responsible for overseeing the finances, budgeting and operations of the facility
As you will be commissioning the aged care facility - you will be involved with the occupancy and the staffing
Work closely with a top management team to ensure everything is running smoothly

Do you have have a passion for aged care and consider yourself a COMMISSIONING GURU?

Previous Management / Commissioning experience in an aged care facility
Strong leadership skills and a team orientated person
Knowledge of ACFI, Accreditation and current aged care legislation
