Residential Manager - Inner Eastern Suburbs Melbourne - Aged Care
  
This is an exciting opportunity to  join a market leader within the dementia space. organisaiton are a market leader in Australia as well as Internationally. This role is multi faceted and will require a leader who is dynamic and innovative and experienced with change management.


The Role:
You will lead the transition of small high care facility to the new state of the art facility located in the inner eastern suburbs later this year. This is a role that will offer you experience in commissioning, change management, transitioning and project management.

You will be:
The successful applicant will ideally have a dementia background, management experience and a genuine passion for dementia care.

What We Require:

• Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered
• At least 3 years aged care management experience
• Demonstrated staff & clinical leadership skills
• Significant clinical governance & quality assurance experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ACFI funding.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
• An ability to use and set up systems & processes
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and organisational change.
