The Opportunity 

Reporting Analyst to join a leading Government Department based in Gosford NSW. You'll be responsible for ensuring that the Ministers office is supported by providing a range of service lines including the facilitation of responses to correspondence and briefing notes. 

The team process thousands of correspondences and your role as a Reporting Analyst is to audit the team and ensure they are meeting their KPI's. A major part of this role is data cleaning and checking.


Responsibilities 

• Support the delivery of services such as allocation of correspondence to the Department in order to meet the business unit’s outcomes and priorities 
• Monitor work volumes and ensure the delivery of outputs to agreed standards and timeframes including setting priorities and reporting on progress 
• Prepare a range of documents such as status updates and reports across each service line
• Provide support and advisory to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and records information systems and functions for the business in accordance with policies and procedures 


Essential Skills

• Experience working in NSW Government 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines 
• Ability to build productive relationships with key stakeholders 
• Good verbal and written communication 
• Proficient TRIM skills
