Operations / Exercise Planner - Navy - Sydney
My client are a well known organisation within the defence training and simulation space and are looking for a highly experienced Operations and Excercise Planning Consultant to join their team in Sydney.
The position will be based at Fleet Headquarters and forms part of a team responsible for the Force Generation of Task Groups and Individual Defence Elements including the planning, management and execution of exercises in support of Task Group certification.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A RAN background as a Principal Warfare Officer (PWO) at the O3/O4 or Pilot level,
- A current NV1 security clearance, and
- Experience with planning, managing and executing single service and joint enabled collective training activities.
Scope of Work:
Support the planning, manage and execute single service joint enabled collective training activities as follows:
A. Exercise Ocean Explorer
B. Exercise Ocean Master
C. Exercise Ocean Horizon
D. Exercise Kakadu
