What are we looking for:

Key responsibilities:

• Optical test rig design, development, and qualification
• Process development for product
• Optical system tolerance analysis
• Optical system performance test and debug
• Solving difficult technical problems with initiative and rigour as part of a team

Education and necessary skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics or similar
• Optical design experience
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
• Enthusiasm and motivation to take ownership of a project, and curiosity to learn about all aspects of the business and get involved in other projects

Desirable

• Free space optical experience
• Zemax modelling experience
• LabView programming experience
• Experience within a start-up or similar fast-paced environment with customer-driven products
