The company: 

A successful and busy Sydney based property developer who have been working in New South Wales for the past 10 years. Working across large scale residential, mixed use and commercial developments you will gain exposure to some of the most exciting developments in NSW.

Due to an increase of work, our client is now looking to appoint a Senior Design Draftsperson with exposure to curtain walling and facades to join their established in-house design team.  

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop design concept
• Production of detailed documentation using AutoCAD
• Conduct research to complete tasks
• Cost estimates

The requirement:

To be considered for this opportunity is essential you are experience working as a Draftsperson on facade and glazing of projects in Australia. Exposure to large scale commercial, mixed use and residential projects is preferred. AutoCAD experience is essential.

You will have a strong understanding of various glass types, frames and facade products on the market.
