The Organisation
My client is a long-standing civil and structural consultancy with an enviable track record for providing outstanding client service. They produce buildable design solutions in the healthcare, institutional, education, residential sectors. They are located within the CBD fringe with a team of over 250 engineer nationally.

The Vacancy
Due to several new projects being taken on they are sourcing a Senior Structural Engineer to assist in:

• Structural analysis and design of commercial, education, healthcare and Government projects.
• Managing aspects of budget and resourcing.
• Client management and building of new client relationships.
• Liaising with colleagues from other disciplines, architects, builders and client.

As with all consulting roles the ability to adapt to a diverse range of responsibilities is key.

About You
The successful candidate will have the necessary experience to fulfil the following:

• 7-10 years of Victorian based commercial experience.
• A recognized and relevant tertiary engineering degree.
• Strong Client relationship building capability.
• Sound technical knowledge including post tension design experience.
• Successfully delivered multiple projects within the Commercial space.
• Experience with relevant software and technical programs.

The expected salary will be between $100,000 and $120,000 plus Super. The relevant experience, skills and potential of the candidate will negotiate the final remuneration package.
